How to remove limited access of my Paypal account, please help.

To receive limited access you need need to answer your personal setted up security questions. If this isn't working, you need to contact Paypal support with scanned both sides of your national ID or passport.

Had the same issue and I contacted the paypal and they removed the limited access. For that I had to provide certain information to them for verifications.
